GENERAL POLICY

At IMPAC, the policy of honoring talents is always respected and appreciated, the efforts and efforts of each individual are recognized by the company and realized through specific policies. The arrangement of the right people and the right jobs for each individual to maximize their capabilities and forte and to have adequate remuneration is a principle in the company’s personnel policy.

REMUNERATION POLICY

IMPAC attaches great importance to the remuneration policy, taking care of the employees’ lives with the motto of giving them a really happy and happy working environment.

IMPAC DRIVING SYSTEMS ARE Divided into 4 categories, INCLUDING:

  • Salary: Salary for production and business (12 months), 13th month salary is awarded on Lunar New Year.
  • Allowances: Travel, cell phone, responsibility, long service.
  • Bonuses based on business performance and project / work performance
  • Social welfare: Social / medical / unemployment insurance.

HEALTH CARE

  • Free periodical health check 01 time / year.
  • Annual vacation mode for employees and family support expenses from the company.
