REMUNERATION POLICY

IMPAC REMUNERATION SYSTEM DEVIDED INTO 4 TYPES INCLUDES:

   1. Salary: Business salary (12 months)

   2. 13th month salary on Lunar Tet

   3. Allowance: transportation, mobile phone, responsibility

   4. Compensation in proportion of business effect and result of implementing project/work.

   5. Welfare: Social Insurance/health/unemployment.

 

 HEALTH CARE

   1. Periodic health checks for free 01 times / year

   2. Regime annual vacation for employees and family support costs from the company.
